As he prepares to retire, after a 19 season long career, the captain of the NewYork yankees, Mr. Derek Jeter has been deservedly honoured by the Jordan brand (to which he is the longest serving, sponsored athlete) in a star studded tribute, celebrating his illustrious career.
While I haven't the faintest clue how baseball is played or officiated, his achievements are somewhat legendary, hence the Jordan brand also put together a sports wear collection as tribute.
However, the icing on the cake from a brand perspective is the inspiring video that has no shortage of legendary cameos. Its one that, for hardcore fans, will certainly evoke some emotion, I mean i don't watch baseball and I starting getting choked up. A truly brilliant piece. If you have yet to see it, pay your respect.
